Refund Policy

Please note that we will be responsible to collect the products from buyers under the following conditions

Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund. 

To complete your exchange/return, we require a proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at csr@wabainternational.com.

Note:- In case, if any return request made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.

If you received a damaged/defective product from WABA, it is our responsibility and we will refund shipping fees completely.

However, if you just do not want the order for any personal reasons, we do not refund the shipping fees.
